I love supplements; and while I’m always looking at, and trying something new.. here is a list of my current, mostly neurocentric, supplement regiment.
All my current supplements are purchased either through Thrive Market or Young Living (links below):
As always – if you are not active or working out, most of these or any supplement will do you little to no good – also I’m not a doctor, so do your own research!
I’m mostly taking it for the neurological effects, but there are so many more and at $9.99, its super reasonable
>>I love to take GABA before a workout – whenever that is for you.
There’s a lot in this so I’ll just list the non-oily bits with a small blurb:
- Turmeric – bioactive superfood -consume with black pepper
- Pomegranate – wards against Alzheimer’s and heart disease
- Rhododendron – free radical scavenger
- Acetyl L-Carnatine – improves mood, learning and memory
- Coenzyme Q10 – antioxidant – provides energy to cells
…Tereza is the best person I know to get you set up with a Young Living account – you can find that info here
>>Mindwise is great in the morning along with your favorite smoothie.
This guy lets you drink more coffee while maintaining or increasing your sensitivity to caffeine uptake via said beverage (synergy)
>>Consume with your morning coffee
Boosts dopamine levels without the crash effect or decreased sensitivity you would experience with coffee – anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant.
>>However, when taken with caffeine (coffee), the bioavailability of Theacrine is improved! h
This drink has a lot of things going for it, but the superstar here is Wolfberry Extract. A shortlist of associated benefits to consuming Wolfberry includes:
- Improved vision
- Immune system support
- Stabilizes blood sugar
- Cancer prevention
- Improved sleep
- Promotes healthy skin
- Prevents liver damage**
>>This drink is great as an afternoon pick-me-up when served with sparkling water!
**You may be reducing the bioavailability of this specific benefit when consuming Ningxia with your favorite Mezcal; although it is very delicious.
…again, talk to Tereza about the Young Living stuff; she’s the pro – or get your own via this link0
